Who we are
We have our own facility in Pan Yu, Guangdong producing satin badge ribbon and rosette components with exclusivity to manufacturers in many markets including North America.
OEM product
development
We can work to our
client’s designs and artwork to produce finished samples normally within 2-3
weeks, and in urgent cases this time can be cut much shorter. We can use a
number of base materials, and finishing process’ including
Die Casting,
Die Stamping,
Cloisonne,
Enameling,
Soft Enameling,
Photo Etching,
Printing
and
Electroplating.
Fast delivery
Production times
for all but the largest orders are between 3-4 weeks after receipt of deposit
payment or L/C, and again, in urgent cases we will always try to accommodate our
clients requests.
QC responsibility
We take our quality control responsibilities very seriously;
having in house QC for our own factory and various technical
inspectors making frequent trips to our partner factories
during production and pre-shipment. We hold our Metal
product partners to quality standards MTD-105D AQLII 1.0
major and 4.0 minor levels.
